 Together with the Vikingbank and next ships in the Wagenborg V series, the Vlieborg has a newly developed bow. The sharper lines save on engine power and also result in smoother sailing and higher speed. Shortly after delivery, the Vlieborg left Delfzijl for Oxelösund to load steel products for the Great Lakes.
