The barge Primary 1 pushed by the tug Gregory J. Busch came to Duluth in September, 2006 to load wind turbine tower sections for Buffalo. In May the next year, she was back, this time with the barge STC2004, also to load wind turbine base units. Picture below taken Sunday, June 3, 2007
