| In 2003, above, she loaded bagged dried peas brought from Idaho, the first Food for Peace shipment out of Duluth in 12 years. The peas went to Mauritania, a country on the West Coast of Africa. Food for Peace is a long time but seldom discussed part of our foreign policy. |
