Paul R, the Bridge and Bentleyville

At 5:00 Sunday afternoon, December 18, 2011, the lights at Bentleyville were turned on. Half an hour later,  the Paul R. Tregurtha came by to say hello on her way out the door with a Christmas present for Detroit Edison, 64,000 tons of coal. If it is bad to get a lump of coal in your stocking, what happens when you get 64,000 tons of it?

You’ve really been bad to get all that coal!
Great shot.

Ah, Ken!! Another great Christmas picture!! You’ve done it again. Paul R. looks great, and I got to see her go by on the Ken Cam. Nico, you are a lucky guy! I’m thankful for the web cam everyday though. Merry Christmas everybody.

What’s the ETA for it’s arrival in Detroit? Just curious about these ships. I watched this one go by from my room at the South Pier Inn.
