Federal Leda makes inaugural visit

Built in 2003, the Federal Leda is here for the first time. They are loading flax and later today, should depart for ARAG. ARAG is not a new country, it is a shipping term that means Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Antwerp-Gent, meaning in this case, the ship will carry the flax to one of those ports. At this time, the Captain does not know. That decision will be made elsewhere and sent to him while he is under way, perhaps on the Atlantic Ocean headed for ARAG. Amsterdam and Rotterdam are cities in the Netherlands; Antwerp and Gent are in Belgium.
